Eligibility
University (undergraduate or graduate) students majoring in Korean culture or arts, or students with equivalent relevant experience*.
*Only verifiable experience will be considered, such as certificates of experience, portfolios, YouTube channels, social media accounts, etc.
Field of Recruitment
Fields of Korean culture and arts include Korean food (Hansik), K-pop dance and singing, K-beauty, Korean movies and dramas, Taekwondo, Hangul calligraphy, Samulnori (traditional percussion), traditional dance, traditional instruments like the Gayageum, Korean folk songs (Minyo), and Pansori (traditional vocal storytelling), among others.

Dispatch Period
From summer through autumn
※ The dispatch period may vary depending on the academic schedule of the Sejong Institute.
Basic activities can be carried out for 90 to 120 days* from the arrival date, with prior approval from the Sejong Foundation and the affiliated institution.
*However, returning to the home country within the year is mandatory due to safety and other considerations during the stay.
Dispatch Location
37 Sejong Institutes in 24 countries overseas (see attached document 1 for details).
Activities
Opening and running cultural classes at the Sejong Institute, and organizing Korean cultural events.

June – July | Training and final selection of candidates recommended by the university (undergraduate/graduate). | (Foundation) After conducting domestic training and completion evaluation for cultural interns, final selection is made, followed by placement at Sejong Institutes and signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Foundation and the university (undergraduate/graduate). |
